Called in the morning after my original plumber left us hanging with backed up sewer for two weeks, he was at our house within 2 hours. Excellent service. Absolutely recommend Austins plumbing!
He fixed my sink in 30 minutes
Chris is our hero today!! We had a plugged sewer and needed his services badly. It's very important to have a bathroom. Chris reorganized his day and came to us earlier than expected. He was quick and very thorough. We highly recommend him!!
Left message detailing issue and requesting help for backed up kitchen sink (probably simple snaking) but no return call even a day later. The fact that he is advertising 24/7 service is what prompted me to seek him out (this backup occuring Saturday morning). Very disappointed that a thirty second return phonecall was not within his wheelhouse. Potential customer has gone elsewhere..!
