Mac cleaned our unit. He was very knowledgeable and gave us insight on what repairs needed doing. Update: Evan came and cleaned our vents and Chris checked to make sure that the thermostat was working at 100%. So appreciative of these guys and for Summer in CS for scheduling. 5 star +++

Called on Sunday morning when my heat never kicked in with the cold front that had come through, and Chris was out there by 1 inspecting the unit. He showed me everything that was wrong and what my options were for replacing parts, but he communicated some realistic expectations to have as well. We decided to replace the whole unit as I had already had AC issues this past summer and the original unit was well over 20 years old.
