Not a 5 star business. When I first reached out to schedule an inspection for some work to be done it seemed like I was an annoyance. They showed up two days later than we had set up with no explanation or apology. Then, he stated he didn’t have a large enough ladder with him. Once he did do the inspection he told me what he found and we discussed the next steps. Then the next day he messages me and says “I’m not interested”. Austin Home Improvements showed up for a quote at the time agreed on. We hired them to repair our roof and put on a new roof. Very professional and friendly!!! Would recommend them to family and friends! Thank you Austin Home Improvements!!!
We had a painting project and contacted Austin’s for a quote and then hired them to do the job. I was impressed with them as they showed up to quote when they said they would and when we give them the job again they showed up when they said they would. Their work is great and their prices are very fair. I will use the again in the future and I certainly would recommend them to others. Very honest and dependable.
Austin has completely remodeled our house. His skills are far above any other handy man, roofer or carpenter in the tricities area. His prices are reasonable and fair. His work is excellent.
A coworker of mine recommended Austin's Home Improvements, and they were incredible! They replaced the roof on our home and hauled away 5 tons of old, brittle shingles. The price was fair, and we couldn't be happier with the service and the new roof. We will definitely call Austin again and recommend him to others. He went above and beyond. He was responsive, prompt, efficient, polite, personable--honestly, we have nothing bad to say about the whole experience.
