Joe and his co worker who cleaned our place did such a wonderful job and really cared about the quality of their work. They also fit us in last minute between appointments when we really needed it. They are polite and respectful too. I would highly recommend this company.
This cleaning service was way overpriced for our tiny apartment. They gave us an estimate with carpet cleaning, and didn’t end up doing the carpet but charged us the same amount as estimated anyway. To make it worse, they kept justifying their actions of having their price be way more than fair market price for the Ithaca area. They also claimed to charge for transportation time to the area, which we found was only 8 minutes, which does not make sense given the 5+ hours of kitchen and bathroom cleaning that we were charged f... read more
Disgusting and unprofessional.The employees here are sloppy and do not know how to clean. They hire fresh out of jail employees that steal things and are rude. I do not recommend this service. Horrible management and staff. I highly suggest that you spend your money elsewhere.
