Austin's Collision replaced the side mirror on my Chevy Silverado. From the initial contact to assess the damage to the actual replacement took less than in a week! Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. I will use them again and highly recommend to anyone who needs repairs to a vehicle.
It breaks my heart to write this review. Austin’s took terrible advantage of my 20‑year‑old daughter. She bought her vehicle 3 years ago and has taken so much pride in caring for it. Even though it’s a 20‑year‑old truck, she has kept it in excellent condition. I called to get my car fixed This guy is very rude and nasty went off on me cussed me out I would prefer Johnny over Austin’s any day
It is so refreshing to find a group of honest mechanics. These guys are the greatest. I came in there because my car door handle was not working. They were able to quickly take my door apart find the problem and fix it and not charge me an arm in a leg. I had taken it to auto lab a couple days because it was close. They absolutely did not take the time to diagnose it, but blithely recommended and said I needed a new door handle and wrote me a $550 estimate.
