It breaks my heart to write this review. Austin’s took terrible advantage of my 20‑year‑old daughter. She bought her vehicle 3 years ago and has taken so much pride in caring for it. Even though it’s a 20‑year‑old truck, she has kept it in excellent condition. I called to get my car fixed This guy is very rude and nasty went off on me cussed me out I would prefer Johnny over Austin’s any day
It is so refreshing to find a group of honest mechanics. These guys are the greatest. I came in there because my car door handle was not working. They were able to quickly take my door apart find the problem and fix it and not charge me an arm in a leg. I had taken it to auto lab a couple days because it was close. They absolutely did not take the time to diagnose it, but blithely recommended and said I needed a new door handle and wrote me a $550 estimate. I highly recommend supporting this small business if you’re in need of their services. I had my Mustang repaired here for 1/4 panel damage and they did a nice job fixing it. After relocating to a different state, I experienced some minor issues with the clear coat. Ken the owner took the car back in 6 months later, no questions asked and stood behind their work. They took care of the issues quickly and with care. Highly recommended!
I recently had work done on my truck. They did a great job! The workers are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Austin's Collision.
