They are not only professional but caring. I have had 2 experiences with them and they were amazing! Highly recommended
They were able to find a back window on my van that nobody else could find cause they dont make or sell them anymore at a GM dealer, so had to find it at a scrap yard, not only did they find one, but had it taken out and reinstalled on my van for a great price. Only place I will go now for any auto glass replacement, also good with auto body repair.

Austin's Collision replaced the side mirror on my Chevy Silverado. From the initial contact to assess the damage to the actual replacement took less than in a week! Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. I will use them again and highly recommend to anyone who needs repairs to a vehicle.
It breaks my heart to write this review. Austin’s took terrible advantage of my 20‑year‑old daughter. She bought her vehicle 3 years ago and has taken so much pride in caring for it. Even though it’s a 20‑year‑old truck, she has kept it in excellent condition.
