I had the most pleasant experience with the staff and they went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. They even found more parts of my vehicle that were damaged than what I observed and fixed them. By far the best experience I've had at any auto shop!
If I could give zero stars I would. I used this body shop after finding out it was local and in network with my insurance company, which meant all work done would be warranted. I dropped my car off to Austin’s in March. Took a few weeks to get my car back. I paid Austin’s a $1000 deductible when I picked my car up and within the first week of having it back I had to take it back to the body shop and to the business they take the cars to for outside work multiple times.
