I’ll start off by saying that the way Russell handled the situation is the only reason this isn’t a 1 star review. This was my second time at this shop after having them repair a handful of things with my wife’s car which all went well. I took my car here for an oil change and tire rotation, which was done for a very reasonable price and within an hour.
