Active duty service member here, and this has hands down been the finest establishment I’ve taken one of my vehicles to across the nation. Very accommodating even though I didn’t have an appointment. Great pricing and a military discount with a fast turn around! Highly recommended!

I take my vehicle here for regular maintenance. They are thorough and timely. They also let me know when something seems off with my vehicle which has saved me more than once. They always have clients in queue but an generally take walk in oil changes which is great for me. Highly recommend them.
Had my Infiniti serviced for the first time at Austin Automotive this past Saturday. And let me tell you,I had the best experience ever! As soon as I walked in I was greeted at the door by Russell. He right away offered help and asked what I was coming in for. They did a full service and inspection on my car. And never once was he pushy about selling me things I didnt need. This is the ONLY place we will go and that's bc they have THE BEST mechanic around. Shane is AMAZING!!!!! Does great work in a timely manner, respectful, and doesn't BS.
