Called Austin’s this morning since our ~5 year old ac condenser stopped working last night. Omar called back quickly and luckily he was available right then to come take a look. He explained everything in great detail, including how the capacitor needed to be replaced and how a new one and old one read on the multimeter. Very nice, professional guy. Would definitely recommend! I also signed up for the maintenance program for twice annual service checks.
The nice worker man Seth was very helpful and he helped fix my AC very fast very good it was hot and he gave me good suggestions to cool down 🧊🌞
