Terrible developer, riddled with issues.
Where do I start. We purchased the lot in February 2020, told it will title 2021 for Austin Lara. Does not title until June 2023. But it continues to get worse, we have no power to the site. It takes 3 months after settlement for them to install power, incurring generator costs for our builders. The third issue is with the design 'guidelines' you aren't allowed to erect a front fence as they want to maintain an open frontage through the development. But the display homes all have fences so they are hypocrites, have poor time... read more
