Austin Woods has wonderful apartment homes and it is a very enjoyable community of caring neighbors. The office and maintenance staff are always so very helpful, caring, and responsive.
I was very pleased with the process moving to the Richmond at Austin Woods. I was placed on a waiting list but was immediately informed when an apartment was available. I was led by Francis at the beginning and she kept things very realistic as to how some people may not move out until later. Then Assistant Manager Jessica stepped in to handle my application. Francis completed the process and I eventually got all my necessary items. If you follow their deadlines and guidelines set forth, it’s a smooth transition. Trust.
I am new resident here at Austin Woods. This community and especially the office staff is exceptional. I love the professionalism and the welcoming feeling I received throughout my whole application and move-in process. The ladies in front office, especially Francis treated me extremely well and was very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to a great living experience here.
Shoutout to the amazing team at Austin Woods. Richard was the person who toured my family and me for the first time and he was amazing, then Jessica helped us through all the process of our application and was very kind and supportive. Francis is always so welcoming and helpful. Raheem & CJ from maintenance are absolute lifesavers, always quick and reliable. Thank to this crew!
