Really great place to live, If I was to rent another apartment, I’d probably go with Austin Woods. Overall, a very smooth process With leasing and terminating the lease early. Didn’t have much issues with moving out or Unnecessary move out fees, All work orders for maintenance were submitted and corrected in a reasonable timeframe. My only complaint is that walls are on the thinner side, but that’s part of apartment living.

We toured these apartments and really liked them! It’s a good area, the apartments are clean, and the amenities inside are luxurious. The staff is kind. We ended up leasing elsewhere, but Austin Woods appeared to be a nice option for apartment style living, and the lease monthly cost seemed reasonable.
We love it! Everything was excellent from the application process to approval and move in. Richard and Jessica are very kind, friendly and professional. Always willing to help. The community is quiet and clean and every maintenance request is done in the best time possible. The best decision in choosing Austin Woods as our home.
