After a month of working on a 30k order and a personal walk-thru of inventory on Monday for the same order and a confirmation yesterday that the order would be available for pickup by one of my employees that happened to be in Austin for be 6-7 hour trip back to my shop and that I would be using my credit card only to have management refuse to take the card because I was not present in person , While at the same management acknowledging they knew me and confirmed I had been the store in person this week is unacceptable. Robert Austin built a foot board for my son's bed that looks exactly like the one I purchased from a big name furniture store 13 years ago. I needed a shorter one but the set had been discontinued. It was amazing how perfect it matches. He is a very talented and customer oriented person. We already have another project in the works with his company and highly recommend him.
