Craig helped me design my wife's wedding ring. And sold me my wedding ring. They still take care of it and are always respectful, caring, and honest. A much better experience than I have had in other jewelers.
I would highly recommend Austin & Warburton for any jewelry repair or custom design. Craig is so kind, patient and knowledgeable, and Brenda is unbelievably talented at crafting fine, quality jewelry. I love that your precious jewelry never leaves the building, and you can even melt down your existing metals to create a piece of your own. I am so thankful I found this wonderful jeweler in Ann Arbor!
I cannot recommend Austin and Warburton highly enough. They helped me design a stunning necklace pair from my grandmothers jewelry. Craig was wonderful to work with. I didn’t feel rushed at all during the design process. I wanted the jewelry in time for my 50th birthday so Brenda came in over the weekend and worked on it to ensure I would have it in time. Her craftsmanship is unparalleled. The necklaces came out even more beautiful than I had imagined!!
So friendly! Got a good price on a ring resize and it only took two days. My wedding ring fits PERFECTLY now, thank you!!
