This place has gotten pretty bad . Been coming for years when they had male vet who was really great with all of our pets but he's retired I think and the stuff they had was great but now they have new people working here and we brought our dog into his appointment and we were the vet would see us soon 30 minutes go by and no vet and been seeing people going in and with their pets and we go ask and they say we are behind how are appointment was really in the morning so we rescheduled and went back and the vet did the same th... read more
My cats all 8 of them been throwing up for 2 days and not eating and progressively getting worse They refuse to see them because my appointment i have had is only 15 minutes and they said its not enough time to care for my pet that i would need to get a another appointment days out for cats not eating REALY? Obtusely they do not care for animals So Sad take them elsewhere. Called Willow And in next day For Emergency. Austun Vet is booked so they do they don't care if they lose a pet cause they do not have an extra 15 Min..
Kind Veterinarians who seem to really care about your pets. Some vets in town are not great with people, but these ones are awesome! Highly recommend them! Helpful front staff as well. Haven't had a bad experience yet! 🙂😉
