I'm a bit bewildered that as a current customer, I called seeking advice about my dog eating some wax and whether that warranted bringing her in to be looked at. The employee who answered the phone referred me to an animal poison hotline to determine if I should bring her in to the vet?? I would think my own vet would be just as, if not better, to determine that versus a phone call to a hotline that has zero history with my dog?? Not impressed with this experience!!

Horrible experience. After losing our pet after 17 years we decided we were ready to adopt. We found a pet and applied. We were put in touch with the foster parent. We asked a lot if questions because we had not done this before. The foster parent informed us that upon meeting the pet we would ve able to take him home on a trial basis and if it works we could do the necessary paperwork and keep him. Highly recommend! We drive 1hr, it is worth it to see my dog comfortable with a vet they love. The receptionist, Dr. Vogel and her assistant were kind, organized, and knowledgeable. We’ve used this vet so far for annual visits with vaccines, vet tech appointments, and med refills. They took the time to review our history and physically allow my dog to become comfortable with them before providing any care.
