Nationally recognzed as one of the best bike shops in the country – In an athletic town like Austin, you figure there has to be an over the top shop where the "in the know" cyclists and triathletes get their gear. customer service not up to par for the price you pay – Let me begin by saying that I am not an avid cyclist(Although I do ride at least 2 times a week) and have not had my bike tuned up in 5 yrs. With that said I had taken my bike to Austin Tri Cyclist for a tune up and mentioned that the back tire kept going flat( I know how to change a flat and put in a tube) but I thought there might be something else wrong( bent rim etc), and that it was shifting horribly.
