Only banked here for 30 years of my life until I realized they are robbing their customers. After switching credit unions I really couldn't be any more disgusted by how ATFCU treats it's customers. No saving account essentially with the internet rates provided. Money market accounts with .5 percent interest. Literally a disgusting financial institution.
The worst bank anyone could chose. They lack customer service, terrible communication. Can’t ever get ahold of who you need to. Constant fraud warnings on every purchase. You are better off going American Express than this bank. It’s ridiculous how little this bank cares for its customers
The phone number listed is for the main ATFCU number. Would be cool to just list the branch phone number.
Love Austin Telco but this branch is awful. Always problems with deposits, the clerk's attitude, and very slow. I drive to any other branch now.
