It was 3:15 on a Tuesday, and Summer at the Univ. Oaks branch in RR made little effort to do our refinance. Saying how they were closing soon and would not be able to do the terms. At 3:50, we call the Georgetown Telco branch, and they finished our loan quickly with the exact terms that were earlier denied. We did not feel valued at the RR branch; however, we did in Georgetown.

The staff here is rude and unfriendly. Terrible, terrible customer service, especially from Summer. She talks very loud, announcing all of your banking business to the entire bank, as if she's on a loud speaker. I opened my account and closed it 2 days later. I went somewhere else who provided the professionalism expected while your privacy matters. She asked my reasons for closing, and when I truthfully stated, she got even louder with me and said that's just how she is. There's no discretion at this branch. Not sure how th... read more
