I've been a member at Austin Telco for a few years. Both business and personal accounts. Service is always very helpful and friendly. The only drawback is the 1980s ATM machines. Please upgrade the ATM so we can deposit.
I have been coming here for years since I was a little kid. Today was unfortunately not a very good day. I came in with a check to deposit into my account. They turn me away and told me I had to go to another bank to cash this check. The guy behind the counter really seem like you didn't even want me to be there. Why after all these years are they making it so hard for me to deposit a check into my own checking account?
Just really wish they were open at least till 6pm Monday to Friday cause for those who work let's say like me for example I lost my card and can't get to the bank in morning or afternoon cause of my hours of work just wish they would stay open later .but overall this branch is amazing they are very helpful and very respectful to all there customers
The Taos branch is the only one I go to! Amanda, Anna Beth, Cynthia and the rest of the staff are AMAZING! They are ALWAYS ready to help!! I will not put my money anywhere else!
