It was 3:15 on a Tuesday, and Summer at the Univ. Oaks branch in RR made little effort to do our refinance. Saying how they were closing soon and would not be able to do the terms. At 3:50, we call the Georgetown branch, and they finished up our loan in no time with the terms that were earlier denied. Sad there is no consistency between branches. Bravo Georgetown! We will continue to bank at your branch!
