Extremely happy with my experience here. I had an on unusual situation on my hands, and needed to open a simple checking and savings account. After having a pretty bad experience down the road at Frost Bank, I walked in here with not much hope. Both people I interacted with here were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent from the very second I spoke with them. I'm about to close my account with this bank tell me why I called in during the week day & the young man tells me you have to come in to update your phone number I call the next day a young lady says sure I told her my situation she updated my phone number through the phone I had lost my second phone I was able to get online & on my app today is 12/30/24 for a few seconds now tell me Why I can't get on both this happened right after they closed at 4pm. Austin telco is great, it’s just this location that sucks. ATM is usually either empty or out of order with no signage. And the workers here are pretty rude, I thought this was Austin telco not Bank of America??
If I need change money Employee applying their own rule because Some branch giving change someone branch employees says that you do not have name on account. I am a manager of grocery store i name is not in account and my boss account holder is not available to carry change so I have to carry change why you people saying like that every time? Just changing cash but bank employees doing drama. Also I want to let bank management know I am taking change since 2018. One of the worst credit union
