If I need change money Employee applying their own rule because Some branch giving change someone branch employees says that you do not have name on account. I am a manager of grocery store i name is not in account and my boss account holder is not available to carry change so I have to carry change why you people saying like that every time? Just changing cash but bank employees doing drama. Also I want to let bank management know I am taking change since 2018. One of the worst credit union
And I thought Bank of America was bad! This bank truly does not care about its customers. It's screwed me royally twice and I'm not going to wait around a 3rd time. I use it to pay my employees then suddenly they have a daily $ limit per day with no warning. Then the account I've had set up for eight years with quickbooks, suddenly ATFCU did not "recognize" my account because the 1800 wasn't in front of the account. This credit union charged me $22.00 for a transfer from my primary bank that was never processed. Horrible bank!
Ate my ATM card, would not return it. People at the branch don’t have the authority to open it up. First it said “jammed”, then it put itself out of service. Was told that basically there is nothing they can do. Great service
I'm about to close my account with this bank tell me why I called in during the week day & the young man tells me you have to come in to update your phone number I call the next day a young lady says sure I told her my situation she updated my phone number through the phone I lost my phone I was able to get online & on my app today is 12/30/24 tell me Why I can't get on both this happened right after they closed at 4pm. I'm done with this bank. I got bills to pay. I ain't got time to play 20, questions.
