NOT AN ACCOUNT HOLDER, BUT... I just want to commend Austin-Telco for going above and beyond for me. My father passed away in February and unfortunately had no one listed as a beneficiary on his account. Starting from the morning of his passing all the way up until today, the staff went above and beyond the norm in terms of customer service. Worst credit union EVER. they open late and close early, no available card services after hours, weekends nor holidays so if you have issues with your cards/account you have to wait until late Mon. Morning. No access to your own money either, you have to call to make any changes to your account/transactions. I would not recommend it. Deposited Checks have a 3-5 day hold policy, longer if you deposit on Tuesday-Friday. But if you invest with them , they take that money that same minute.
I would like to commend Dominique for her amazing customer service. She truly went above and beyond and followed up via phone regarding a matter I was concerned about. Excellent team here at Tech Ridge!
Let me tell you about these folk. They treat you like family from the moment you walk in, offering warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Their services are top-notch, from easy-to-use online banking to competitive rates that won't break the bank. Whether you need a loan, a savings account, or just a bank that'll make you feel at home, they the real deal!
They do not have an ATM and so I have to go out of my way spend more money on gas or pay another ATM to get my funds very disappointed.
