After bleeding for 3 days straight, the old lady at the front desk laughed at me when I asked for painkillers. The doctor himself told me I had to be back every week. He changed his mind after I asked for painkillers. They charged 1600 total to remove a piece of my tooth. I originally was quoted 300. I told them twice that I wanted an implant. Dr. Teitelbaum and staff...what can I say? Taylor, first of all, was incredibly helpful with all kinds of stuff leading up to our daughters appointment. Today at the appointment EVERYONE was so compassionate and concerned for my daughter. She is very delicate, special needs and he and his staff went beyond the call of duty. He unfortunately couldn't handle our very special situation but this man IMMEDIATELY started calling other doctors on our behalf!!! Staff is extremely friendly, Austin is very knowledgeable and professional.
Our experience today was incredible, my husband was so happy with all the attention the front staff, especially Susie being able to work with us. The girls in the back Janna and Halie remembered him. Dr. Teitelbaum was very efficient with addressing all his problems and what our next steps will be. Thank you all!
