Great customer service, I bought the wrong size item and didn't realize until they were already packing it for shipment. I called and they were friendly, professional, and quick.
The folks at ASI did an amazing job of packing and shipping a motor that I ordered. The order arrived quickly. Dealing with surplus, sometimes you have issues. Unfortunately, the unit I ordered was one of those parts, but I was given a quick response and full refund. Steven was polite, responsive and apologetic. I would recommend this business as they honored their non-DOA policy and I respect that in this day and age. Would recommend and plan to purchase from them in the future.
