If it was possible to leave a no star review I would. This company took TWO YEARS to get my father his grave stone. My family and I had to hound the company just to get anything done. Even with that we were still given excuse after excuse as to why we were still waiting. They had our emails and our phone numbers . They could have made an effort to contact us if need be at any point throughout the process but chose not to. I will NEVER be recomending this company to ANYONE. It's been almost a year. Headstone still isn't up. They keep promising. Don't recommend
Poor customer service. Didn't return phone calls. Took over 4 months after excuses and as they said, 'they dropped the ball'. My stonework was small job, additional name and lettering. Maybe if it was a more $$ it would have been completed more promptly. I really got tired of their many excuses.
