The listing has issues. If you call the 434 number you are actually being directed to Bumble Roofing of Richmond. I was so confused since when I booked initially it was never mentioned that the company was Bumble and not Austin and Sons. Bumble called later and mentioned their company name and I had no idea it was them I had actually booked with so I simply canceled the appointment. I had a roofing company come out to Chesterfield to take a look at my son's 16-year-old roof. Ruben inspected the roof carefully and explained everything clearly. He let us know that there wasn't enough wind or hail damage for insurance to cover a replacement, and made sure we understood the process. Ruben mentioned the roof was still in good overall condition, but he did find a few regular nails that could eventually cause leaks. i hired this roofing crew again to replace my dad's roof. they did an excellent job, even though my dad's roof is a bit tricky with a flat section because of the attic design. the whole project took a few days, but since the new roof was installed, there have been no leaks even after heavy rain. it did take a little time to get on their schedule because they were busy, but it was definitely worth the wait. the team, including edward, made sure to protect everything around the house by laying out tarps and putting cardboard n... read more
