professional, Frank arrived out and inspect my hvac system. Went through in super detail and explains things to me. I wish the company could provide a better time frame on when they will show up though, all I got was “sometime in the day” instead of something like a two hour window.
The supervisor arrived out and told us we had a broken pipe while his own workers and another contractor said there was nothing wrong. We now believe that he lied to us in order to get us to pay an exorbitant amount of money to repair it.
Nick did a awesome job. I couldn’t be happier he found problems. We didn’t even know we had a awesome price wonderful attitude good people. A++
