I would prefer to select a 3.5 because 4 seems a bit too high. The work I had done was shortening of my leather belt rather than adding a hole. The metal buckle was scratched and damaged. I wish I had just had another hole added. And I think the price was high.
They repaired my shoes alright! I brought in a pair of much-beloved Fluevogs that I've had for almost twenty years; the sole had come unglued from one of the shoes. They had it done in a couple of days for a very reasonable price, and seemed like nice guys, to boot.
I had an old purse in need of a lot of work and these guys made it look brand new and saved me the hassle of finding a new purse to replace this one.
