I ordered coffee from them, and it was shipped promptly and arrived very well packed - smells incredible just opening the ups box. However, I forgot that people sell coffee in whole beans. I called and they sent out ground instead. Very cool of them and it is appreciated for a mistake I made myself.

If you have the need for equipment, they help with that too. Great first experience. Fresh roasted, local, and really good. I've had other not-so-good local roasts before, so just because it is local, specialty coffee doesn't mean it is good. I'm happy to report that Austin Roasting Company delivers quality service and products. Also, their decaf is great. Good for household members that need to watch their caffeine intake but still want to enjoy primo coffee.
This is a roasting facility so don't expect a latte and spot to hang out on your laptop. Great people and coffee though. I was looking for a bag and they were super helpful. Will swing by any time I'm in the area and likely order online when I'm not.
