This company is a scam! They're taking people money! Filling people income taxes and doing amendments so they can get the money for themselves! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau!
straight scam do not do your taxes with them Gabrielle Yarbough was my taxpayer and she two business in my name without me knowing i called the irs and the told me then she ammended my return and took the little $955 i was going to get
LATOYA ALFRED did my taxes and has yet to send me my full refund or my wife's full refund 8k missing and she says she don't have the answer. Now the irs says I owe them 3k. Don't get scanned by AUSTIN POWER TAX LIKE I DID! she claimed their bank is locked and can't send the full amount but they can send a portion?? Makes no sense.

I did my taxes with this company and not only did they mess my taxes up to the point where I don’t understand what happened but I ended up owing the irs 900 dollars. I got in contact with the woman who prepared my taxes and she said she was sorry and she’d have to amend them but she would fix it.
