Dr. Austin Poole one of the finest Doctors I have had. He really does care about his patients and his care is top notch.
Dr Poole has excellent bedside manner. He was able to immediately notice something concerning, order new procedures, and then explain everything to me very well. I thought I was in great hands. Unfortunately, he failed to document this. Instead, he copy-pasted the note from my previous hematologist into my chart. Then he went on sabbatical. When insurance reviewed his new orders, they were all denied (x3) because the note didn't document anything we discussed in my visit. Great personality and very informative. Was very good at explaining things.
Dr Poole is my oncologist for several years now. He is so smart. And really kind . He is the best at rocky mountain cancer center. He has me on ketruda and it seems to be working very well.
