Dawn Wade is wonderful & so is her nurse Bethany. However the communication and lack of urgency of the rest of the team is awful. I’ve been out of medication for weeks, and was told that they’d reached out to the pharmacy to handle a refill after a hold had been put on it. After waiting over a week I called the pharmacy which told me that no one from the office had ever reached out. The most compassionate staff, this doctors office truly cares about their patients not just a paycheck.
Dr. SEAN GUIELLE, the Dr is wonderful he still looks at his patients as people no different than him. Me and my mother in law both see him and have had some medical issues and she is 87 so anyway at one of her appointments he told us just like this " Mrs. Yarberough, my very own mother has your exact same illness's and just as I tell her this is my recommendations...."
