I have a good NP here and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Dawn Wade is wonderful & so is her nurse Bethany. However the communication and lack of urgency of the rest of the team is awful. I’ve been out of medication for weeks, and was told that they’d reached out to the pharmacy to handle a refill after a hold had been put on it. After waiting over a week I called the pharmacy which told me that no one from the office had ever reached out.
