I like this place it’s pretty good. It is pretty good. I like this place that so much that we really have TVs on the wall.

Throughout the lease term, there have been multiple serious concerns regarding maintenance interactions, property conditions, and management response. I lived at Austin Place Columbus for two years, and it was truly one of the best places I have lived in during my time in the United States. The community is quiet, peaceful, and conveniently located near everything you need, while still being far enough from the noise and busy areas. Updating my review because Angie and Cassie continue to be absolutely amazing at Austin Place Apartments! They are always so friendly, helpful, and professional anytime I need anything. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Great customer service can be hard to find, and they consistently make this a positive experience. Definitely still a 5-star experience thanks to them!
