I called 3 Shore Master Dealers for assistance on my Shore Master Swivel Chairs - via a new home purchase. I left a detailed message for all of them. Kendyl - from Austin Pier Service returned my call and provided me the information to get our Shore Master Swivel chair repaired. Austin Pier Service sent me to the company to that makes the chair to get the repair kit. WOW. My first interaction with this company is 1st Class. They will be getting my pier business going forward.
I have used a total of 5 different pier service companies on Delavan Lake over the last 7 years. While there was one other pier service company that did provide me with good service, my experience with Austin Pier Service stands out. I needed to move my boat and lift and I reached out to Tyler at APS in hopes of getting this done quickly.
