WARNING More of the same, no bill ever seen. Literally never had a missed paid bill or anything to collections in my entire life. But of course, just in time for when we're actively buying a home, I get a notice from collections. Complete trash is all I have to say about people who will do things like this without actually trying to contact the person in any other way first. Add me to the chorus of voices that this company is criminal. Over a year after my procedure they start sending me bills and reported me to collections. It should have been paid by insurance. When I called and spoke to a representative I was told that when they filed my claim they had no policy holder's name on the claim so insurance never responded. They blamed it on the doctor's office for not giving them proper information. They had my name as the patient name. They failed to include it in the insurance claim and it didn'... read more

On Jan 2022, received Collections report after 3 years from service date (Jan 2019) Before moving to new address, I called the billing office and asked for any balances i need to pay. They replied as I paid everything and no pending balance. After 3 years, They sent to collection Agency that I owe 984$. Their billing system is horrible and unethical.

Their billing practices border on criminal. They billed the wrong insurance for me despite billing it correctly in two prior visits and then sent me to collections with no notice. Avoid this company at all costs!
