More than 1 week calling Epping number to book an appnt, with no response!!!
Waited an hour to be seen just to be told “I can’t do infants”. we were the 7th patient in the waiting room so they had 6 opportunities to tell me this earlier instead of wasting my time. Nothing listed on the Austin pathology website to disclose that paediatric patients couldn’t be done at this site.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Arrived 5 minutes after opening and waited an hour to be seen to get a blood test done that last no longer than 3 minutes! I would say avoid this place at all cost.
