I recently visited Austin Pathology in Epping and had a disappointing experience. The clinic had very long queues and appeared to be understaffed. Despite having an appointment system and patient numbering in place, the waiting time was still excessive. It didn’t seem like the system was helping manage the flow of patients efficiently. I also felt particularly concerned for elderly patients who had been fasting since midnight for their blood tests, only to be made to wait for a long period. Worst pathology service ever (negative -5 star) The guy in the pathology is the worst and pathetic waited there of almost hours for my wife to do the pregnancy glucose test (OGTT). Waited hours to get blood taken and still didn't got served, waited outside for almost 10 minutes as the doors where locked from inside tried calling multiple time but no response. The worst person who is working in this pathology. No respect for anyone. I waited 2.5 hours then he told me I need to book an appointment for a fasting test. 4 people are waiting for the same test. Then I went to near Dorevitch pathology; they did my fasting test immediately when I explained the story. I would love to complain about this man personally.
