Waiting over half an hour and still haven’t been seen. Been 20 minutes since the last patient went in, seen 1 and a half patients the whole time I’ve been waiting.

I called Austin Pathology to schedule a GTT fasting blood test. I arrived at 8:30 AM, and the staff were friendly and kind. They had anticipated my arrival and quickly took me in. The facility was clean and comfortable, and the reception area was pleasant. The person who drew my blood was also very friendly and gentle. Although the GTT is a challenging test, the quality of service made the experience better.
