I called Austin Pathology to schedule a GTT fasting blood test. I arrived at 8:30 AM, and the staff were friendly and kind. They had anticipated my arrival and quickly took me in. The facility was clean and comfortable, and the reception area was pleasant. The person who drew my blood was also very friendly and gentle. Although the GTT is a challenging test, the quality of service made the experience better.
Arrived for a blood test after fasting. Opening hours commence 8am. Several people wait in the car park, but no one from Austin Pathology shows up. A staff member from a separate business arrives but has nothing to do with Austin Pathology. I waited around until about 8:25am, but still no one from Austin Pathology turned up and no information was available. Everyone left without having blood tests. Stressful and frustrating.
