This used to be a 5 star review, but management changed a while ago and things have gone downhill drastically. If Tim is still the apartment manager do not move here. Before you move in do a walk around and see how many random shingles are on the ground. That'll give you an idea of the level of care and maintenance this place gets. Those shingles will also fly off and damage vehicles. I know as it happened to my car and I had to go through my own insurance to get it fixed. Do not live here. They have bedbugs and they won't do anything about it. They'll just blame you and tell you they can't do anything. The maintenance will sexual harass women. They take months to fix anything. I've had a leak in my bathroom for months and they "fix the issue" and it comes right back. I've had my car vandalized and they keep promising to put cameras up for months but haven't. Luxury my ass, everything has 6 layers of paint on it. They have a massive pill bug issue, there's hundreds of them in the carpet lining... read more
I absolutely adore this place!! My partner and I just resigned for our second lease and couldn’t be happier about it. Upon our initial move in, Tim was such a help. He was able to streamline all info and processes between my partner and I and just made things soooo much simpler than I had ever experienced before. The neighbors are such a joy, and I genuinely enjoy spending time in the community. Olivia is a rockstar in the office, I was so happy to see her addition to the team! The apartment was nice but the management an their attitudes are very judgemental an talking with current residents i was made aware the current property maintenance is not at all consistent with that being said an understood ill be crossing this off my list
The office staff were incredibly awesome and easy to work with. They made it a fun and engaging experience from the start. They made it feel like Austin Park was home the second I entered the property. Olivia, in particular, was exceptionally helpful in answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process! 10/10 recommend!
