**Update (4/6): I’ve like everything about my apartment except for one crucial thing that has been getting to me. For the past month particularly on weekends (but some weekdays too) other people who don’t live in this vicinity have been parking in our parking spaces and sometimes I’ve had to fight for parking and I think that this is starting to get out of hand because I had to circle around and wait for a good 30 mins to find a parking spot that was not in the usual closeness to my place. I lived at Austin Park for a little over 2 years. It was my first apartment and truly the best experience I could have asked for. They deserve all 5 stars plus some. Their office staff is very kind and helpful & their maintenance is quick and professional. I wish I was in the area because I would live here again in a heartbeat! The amenities are great - pool, clubhouse, gym and the yoga room! Well done, Austin Park.
Sweet old lady named Ruth helped me look through potential apartments. She explained all the floor plans and amenities very well, and was very nice!
Now that I’ve spent a few months in my apartment I have the full grasp of how it feels to truly be in my apartment! First off, Austin Park Apartments deserves their flowers and five stars! Yesterday we visited Austin Park and were assisted by Shannon. She was very professional and kind. She showed us the Aspen model, and it was very impressive. Today, we were assisted by Ruth. She was extremely diligent in her extensive effort, which resulted in my roommate and I both getting signed up through our completed applications. Her patience and understanding made the long procedure painless. We are eager to make Austin Park our home.
