The manager at this apartment is great he’s very professional and a nice guy .
I have only been living here for one week but am very impressed. Ruth has been nothing short of amazing ever since I began looking for an apartment. Also, I placed a maintenance request and it was taken care of within an hour, if that. Very happy to call this place my new home! Package thiefs live here, they will seriously grab your package within two hours of it being delivered even into the building behind locked gates. I have lost hundreds living here from this, they refuse to install cameras and know it's an issue.
I’ve LOVED living here and am only leaving to start a new chapter. If you want a solid, well-built apartment in Miamisburg that doesn’t feel "cheap," this is it. -The Units: Top-tier quality and they let me bring my own washer/dryer! -The Team: Staff "over-communicates" in the best way. They are efficient, and maintenance is incredibly fast. -The Environment: Quiet community, great location by the park, and extremely spacious for dogs. The rent is very reasonably priced for the value you get. Highly recommend!
