Austin Orthodontics has a wonderful, friendly and caring staff. Dr Austin is very personable and takes a personal interest in each of his patients. Each one of his assistants are very helpful and caring and all the staff has a great eye for detail. I’ll try to make this quick. 2 kids, 1 in Austin aligners(don’t do these), 1 in braces. Staff= friendly Office=clean Treatment results = ok If you are Not detail oriented and don’t mind paying for multiple sets of aligners back to back only to have Not straight, this is the place for you. Or you could pay for braces and have nice straight front teeth only to go to the dentist and see their face when they ask if treatment is finished on the back teeth. Not happy is an understatement.
