We had an auto claim, pretty cut and dry animal vs vehicle. We went back and forth with the adjuster for over 30 days, she would not call back and was not helping us get our claim settled. I had to call daily and eventually, as much as I did not want to turn into "Karen", had to request her supervisor who helped us get the claim settled. There was very poor communication and terrible service. Their representatives are very hit and miss as well, I have spoken with one (out of 3) that was actually pleasant to deal with. 0 star review, very poor and unprofessional to deal with. I had a very cut/dry claim and waited over 4 months before I finally settled way below what I was entitled to. Dealt with a claims specialist by the name of Todd Martin, although he never actually answered or returned phone calls. I would highly recommend going with a more reputable company!
