Matthew was brilliant when I was looking for a first car for my son. Nothing was too much trouble, he understood what was important to a 17 year old boy and helped us find the perfect car. No hard sell, very fair and generous. Picked it up today and my son is buzzing. As a mum who knows nothing about cars this was the perfect service for us and 3 months warranty makes me feel at ease. Fantastic services so helpful no hard sales brilliant. Could look at the cars no pressure. After sales was fantastic. Bought a car and sadly, no fault of the garage, packed up shortly after. I contacted mathew and he was fantastic. No drama allowed me to return the car offered me a full refund but I choose to get another car which has run like a dream. Spent weeks searching for a Hyundai I 10 through South Wales. Eventually found an idea vehicle at Austin Motor Company in Llantwit Fardre. By far the best overall condition and the best price in South Wales. Vehicle exactly as the business owner stated ( honestly is his middle name ). Very very minor issue was corrected within a hours on the same day. This confirmation displays his honesty and customer after sales care . Recommended car dealer
