Absolute cluster with my sister's order from Amazon. They sent the wrong product. On April 16 she ordered herbal drops (photo clearly showed a dropper bottle); they sent tablets. She notified them immediately. Days later, they lied about when the reshipment went out. They sent it by the slowest and cheapest possible method (USPS) and it won't arrive til after May 1. Half a month to get one simple order done right!! Grade: F-
