I am updating my review as I recieved a call after this review with an appointment. I took the appointment with Dr. Bednar. She was very friendly and took her time with us going over our options moving forward and gave us more hope that we will have the outcome we are praying for. I wish I had this level of experience from the begining with the scheduling staff. Had the level of care been the same throughout the office I would give 5 stars but due to the lack of care given with the scheduling staff I will give 3 stars. Dr. B... read more

I had a referral to this place for genetic counseling from 2 previous miscarriages. My doctor wrote the referral because we found genetic issues that caused the miscarriage. I have called since late November/early December of 2023 for an appointment. I have not been able to get an appointment because they have to have the doctor's approval before I can be offered one. I have requested a different doctor 3 weeks ago and still no appointment is offered. My doctor's office has called and we were told to give it 1 week. That 1 w... read more
