I've been seeing Dr. Nielsen since my 20 wk anatomy scan and I absolutely love her. My regular OB told me I could've stopped seeing her after the next few US scans showed baby was doing well, but I chose not to b/c I think she's great! She's very easy to talk to, very reassuring and thorough. The US techs have also been awesome. They're very patient as my baby can be very uncooperative at times and has to be coaxed into more favorable positions lol. All my appointments with Cedar Park MFM are very smooth. Not much waiting time, doctors, ultrasound techs and front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful
Great experience from the front staff to clinical staff & Dr. Spencer. Had several different ultrasound techs throughout my whole pregnancy and had nice experiences with all! I felt they took the time to get information they needed and made sure to follow up/monitor anything outside of normal very well. Even took the time to get baby in a good profile spot for the print outs! Costs well explained with my insurance and payments very easy to make. Communication was always friendly and clear. Great office & staff.
Unfortunately I think this place might be a scam (as noted by another reviewer below). Go ahead, try the number that they keep commenting below posts to call- no one is ever going to pick up. Then go ahead and show up in person, there is no one available. If you have high risk pregnancy needs, this is a great sound bite with zero punch. You won’t get any help here that you need, i’m sorry! Consider it a blessing that you have to find another place in the long run for your care.
