We were very disappointed with the way things went today and with our care from Dr. Neilson. After being hospitalized by Dr. Spencer, while Dr. Neilson was on vacation, we had our baby early and were informed we would need to wait till after we left the hospital to have the FMLA paperwork filled out. After going into the office earlier this week and verifying what was needed, it was incredibly frustrating to return today and Dr. Neilson refuse to sign the paperwork. I had a great experience at Austin Maternal Fetal Medicine. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the office was clean, organized, and professional. The medical assistant was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. During my ultrasound, I felt at ease and well cared for. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend this clinic to other expecting mothers.
I’m so happy my OBGYN referred me to this practice!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Herrera is a fantastic doctor who is very willing to answer any and all questions. I feel very well taken care of every time I go in. The only small issue I have is the wait times to be seen can be quite lengthy at times.
We have been seeing Dr. Spencer during my pregnancy and he is absolutely amazing. You never feel rushed, he answers all your questions and puts your kind at ease. Highly recommend.
