"This is my honest review. Everybody said it was clean and neat, and Megan was friendly. I spent around $1000 on chin, upper lip, and underarm laser hair removal, plus extra sessions, but nothing worked out. Every time I asked Megan why there was no improvement, she said: 1. This machine is costly, but it's just hair reduction, not a permanent solution. 2. It might be your hormonal issue. I'm extremely disappointed, considering the amount I spent."

I've tried numerous laser hair removal places, but none worked for me and were very painful. However, when I visited Austin Laser Med Spa, Megan explained everything to me. She told me what to do and what not to do after laser treatments, and this is the only place that has worked for me. I've been there three times so far, and Megan is amazing!
