Austin / Park View estates Are you guys happy with this? Months of build up
Their land is over priced, all of a sudden they releases their land titles contracted from 2022, bank valuation is under $30,000, such a greedy vendor, people's financial situation changed and they ae not even giving rebates like other estates and not even giving extentions to their buyers to manage their loans, they are charging penalties and issuing rescission. Please don't buy land from these people.

Build permit delayed due to design guidelines. It seems like we can't build if a nearby home has similar color schemes for the bricks. Hope they supply us with Rainbow bricks so we can commence our build. Having similar fascades is understandable, but similar colour schemes? You have to think of the limited colours of bricks and high chances of similar colour schemes in the entire estate. The most ridiculous estate that I have ever dealt with. Anyone with pink bricks please reach out!
