My previous shop closed a few years back so I've been going to Mike and Keith for 3-4 years now. Its about 45 minutes from my house in Round Rock but its so worth the drive taking it out there. They've done some PM work, some repair work, and even replaced my gauge display this last time as well. They are always very helpful and most important, honest with very fair pricing. I'd highly recommend them for anyone needing repairs for their jet ski.
I was extremely impressed with the customer service at Austin JetSkier. I had an urgent issue (with one of my PWCs giving an error code), I was leaving the state and taking my boat and PWCs with me for some family fun, and Mike went above and beyond to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem the very same day. Highly recommend! Was referred to these guys and called. The guy I spoke with asked me what the issue was and rather than say "bring it in and we'll check it out", he suggested the likely DIY fix. If it doesn't fix it, I'll definitely be bringing it to Austin Jetskier!
