The doctor does not listen to your questions. He does not know the difference between annual physical and a specialized visit when it comes to billing. The clinic then does nothing to correct billing problems and wants to recover the money from the patient even though we insurance agrees to pay. Neither recommend this doctor not this particular location of BSW. They will do everything in their capacity to not correct errors.
