Austin irrigation set up an appointment to look at my elderly mother’s irrigation system. She waited all day for them to come. When she called them, there was no answer and their voicemail was full.
We used Austin’s Irrigation to install our system 2 years ago. They stick to the bid, no surprise charges and completed the work on schedule. I would definitely use them again.
Austin Irrigation did our sprinkler system two years back. It has been so hard get hold them for any maintenance or modification request. They won't reply to emails, phone call or won't show up during scheduled appointment time. Very frustrating experience. We regret hiring them.
They are great. The bid quote was the quote no surprises fees during the installation. The estimate for how long it would take was right on target, and you barely knew the crew was there, they just worked away and cleanup when they were done. Everyone I interacted with was super nice, I am really glad I chose Austin Irrigation.
