Neither the google page nor the actual website bother to say that the Progressive office is open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY MONDAY-FRIDAY 8am-5pm. Wasted an hour of my time driving here on a weekday. I didn't see any other insurance offices; just the progressive one; it's at the end of a long gravel driveway in a rinky-dink building and is not a place I would want to do business in, at least from the outside. Come on, people, update your own website!
