Where do I begin? Whitney was so warm, compassionate and professional! Her solid experience and conviction towards patient care make her an amazing human as well as an exceptional radiologist. She reviewed every detail throughout the scan and kept me informed every step of the way. This kind of treatment in a professional setting is so rare these days. Thank you Austin Imaging and Lab for providing such a competent individual and positive experience for a potentially nerve wracking scan. I will come again for my next scan!
Such a wonderful experience! I went to the San Marcos location with Whitney, who was an absolute doll! On my way there I was a little worried about bringing my 2 year old with me, but when we came in and I saw they had some toys readily available I knew it was perfectly okay. Whitney was so great with me AND my 2 year old. The space is lovely, very cute and calming.
